Edge Kids Life is a registered public Company governed by a Board of Directors and operated by a Management Team.

The Board of Directors oversees all aspects of business operations, while the Management Team and staff ensure our Centres run smoothly and that a high level of service, quality and excellence is reflected in all areas.


All staff of Edge Kids Life must be of responsible character and suitable to meet the needs of children.

It is imperative that every staff member shares the same core values and education vision of the organisation, as articulated in our Mission and Philosophy.

As a staff we are committed to the wellbeing of the children and possess the knowledge and skills essential to care for your child. The staff work as a team to provide a stimulating program and a safe, positive and homelike environment for all children. We promote ongoing staff training and development so we can offer the best care for your child. Staff aim to be friendly and approachable and we welcome parents' input in the care of their child.
